Levenes, a law firm established in 1989, has 5 partners and over 40 staff based in offices in London and Birmingham.
We offer specialist services to individuals and organisations across the UK in Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Court of Protection, Wills and Probate and Immigration. At any one time we are handling over 1,000 cases and successfully conclude over 400 cases a year.
We are often able to act for individuals on a 'no win, no fee' basis or obtain public funding. Our offices have excellent transport links and are fully accessible to those with disabilities. We are able to arrange home, hospital or workplace visits if necessary.
As an exceptionally diverse firm we are proud to offer our services in over 18 languages without requiring the use of interpreters. This, along with the strong links we have built up with the communities we serve, enables us to offer a high quality, personal service. Our website is available in the following languages:
We are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), the independent regulatory body created by the Law Society, regulating the solicitors and law firms of England and Wales. The SRA set the Principles and a Code of Conduct that we have to abide by in order to provide legal services.
We hold the Legal Aid Authority's Specialist Quality Mark for our work.
Many legal practitioners earn special recognition for their expertise in particular areas of law by achieving membership in the Law Society's accreditation schemes. By choosing Levenes Solicitors, you can rest assured that you have chosen a representative that adheres to the highest standards in legal service provision with appropriate knowledge, skills and expertise to match.
A number of our solicitors are also Members of the Personal Injury Panel. The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) aims to put you in touch with legal practitioners who provide advice on and assistance with claims arising from personal injury. Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme members, all of whom are either solicitors or legal executives (i.e. Fellows of the Institute of Legal Executives, or FILEXs), can also provide advice to relatives of people who have been fatally injured.
